Why Did Your Company Hire UXDA?

We decided to renew our Garanti BBVA eTrader trading platform while enriching functionalities. Our customers can trade on Borsa İstanbul and watch market datas with this trading platform.

How Did You Make the Selection?

We searched online for the best UX/UI companies and encountered their case study and liked their vision. Before choosing them, we met with 5 other companies.

Please Describe the Project Scope

The team first implemented a stakeholder meeting. Then they collected information from us and did an online search about us. They conducted the competitor analysis, persona study, red route analysis, user journey map, product value etc. We are working with the Senior UX Architect and 2 UX architects.

Share any Outcomes From the Project

They are really focused on what they are doing. The thing that I liked most about UXDA is that they bring new ideas. The outcomes are perfect and we think we will disrupt Turkish Capital Market industry with our new design.
